Yes. Proper segregation is mandatory. Hard, non-organic materials must not be fed into the machine to avoid breakdown.
No. The machine is equipped with an internal shredding and mixing blade system.
No chemical reagents are required. During initial setup, sawdust is added at a 20:1 ratio (20 kg waste : 1 kg sawdust). Compost from previous batches can be reused for future cycles.
The machine achieves approximately 80–85% reduction in waste volume.
Yes. Oily food waste can be processed, but direct pouring of oil into the machine is not recommended.
No harmful gas emissions. The system uses a three-stage filtration process combined with activated carbon technology to control odor and emissions.
Operation is fully automated — simply press a button. The machine runs and stops automatically with LED indicators showing process status.
Indicator lamps and sensors notify when the composting cycle is complete.
Place a tray at the bottom outlet and activate Discharge Mode. The compost is automatically pushed out.
